I studied local government management at Birmingham University and worked in a major local authority, at all levels, for 34 years until retirement.
I am currently focusing my energy on the local Barry community, publicly commenting on local issues and advocating more transparency in local government.
I was born in Barry and I’m worried that the town is losing its identity.
